  • I have to say that RYAN TROMBLEY has changed my mind about Cox. He was on time, knowledgeable and courteous. He took the time to explain why I might be having the problems and what he was doing to rectify them. Then, he checked to make sure EVERYTHING was working properly before he left. I was shocked. And, of course very pleased. He called later that evening to see if everything was alright because he had run into a similar problem at a nearby home and wanted me to be aware that Cox was in the process of fixing it. I was on hold with Cox when he called. I hope his Supervisors see this, he is a young man with a tremendous work ethic. I hope I can request him in the future. Let's hope my bill isn't a complete disaster. Great experience!! Entirely because of him. p.s. Everything is still working. Thank you again Ryan.
