Not the best customer service without even receiving any service. I saw two employees standing near the door at 9:25am and I was very interested in the shop to possibly become a long term customer. I walked up with a smile to say good morning and to ask what time they opened please, and the lady and man both looked right at me, turned around and entered the store without acknowledging me. =\ I hope David, the nail salon owner will speak with his employees about customer service, approachability and its importance. I guess it's best I saw their true colors ahead of time. FYI: they open up at 9:30am, I saw this on the closed door in my face.
