The reason why, I trust the service reps and management to take care of me and treat me with respect and leave you with a feeling of trust and confidence. Mike Southern is very professional and courteous and handles situations with his service reps with utmost respect to the customer. I work with David Mach and Norm too and they all treat you like family. I know when I go to the dealership for service, they will do the right thing for me.
