| - When it comes to Mass Transit, Las Vegas is not on the radar when compared to many large cities that have a light rail system or bus system. However, out of all the bus routes in Las Vegas that I have experience so far. This is the most useful and convenient way to commute. Especially when there is times when I'm too lazy to drive or tired putting up with traffic. Here are a few reason this bus route is the most cheapest and convenient way to travel or commute.
Arriving from the Airport: From McCarran just hop on the bus and there is a stop at LV Blvd. and Tropicana Ave. that is within four large resorts; MGM Grand, New York New York, Excalibur and Tropicana. There is a few major stops in downtown before heading toward the west side with a stop at the Westcliff Transit Station.
Utilizing the Westcliff Transit Station: There is a Park & Ride lot with security patrolling the area. Just hop on the bus and commute to Downtown, the Strip or the airport.
Tourist/Business Travelers: If your staying at MGM, NYNY, Excalibur, Luxor and Monte Carlo. Utilize the bus stop near the Valet entrance off Tropicana Ave. at NYNY if you want to find deals for name brand items at the Las Vegas Premium Outlet North location, which has a better selection than the South. Plus it's a better option if you want to checkout Downtown Las Vegas.
This is by far the most cheapest way to get around town and the most convenient way to travel or commute for Locals or Tourist within the Airport, the Strip, Downtown and Westside part of town.
