  • I love hush puppies and this place has the best hush puppies I've had in a long time! I also had a delicious spinach salad with chicken. The staff is nice and the theme is rad. it could make for a super romantic date night, and definitely my new fave night time spot but the lights were on so bright when we went in for dinner. The windows are shaded really dark to keep out the Arizona sun's heat which is great, but misleading. We walked in expecting it to be dim mood lighting and jazz music but instead it was really bright and open. Not very private and romantic, which was what i was hoping it would be. Really took from the ambience. Im hoping they set up some mood lighting to go with the jazz theme. :) and maybe a couple booths. But that's just how I'd like it, maybe they're going for a dif mood. :) Either way, get those delicious hush puppies!!
