  • Soleri was a disciple of Frank Lloyd Wright. Trained at Taliesin he continued the tradition of organic architecture here at Cosancti. Distinctive and unique this place ends up looking like a Klingon village from Star Trek. It's quite possible Star Trek designers may have borrowed the design idiom from Soleri. Lol. At any rate, I loved the uniqueness of this place with its gutsy skeletal and bony elements of the pendulous bells and the skylight in the gift store. A definite landmark and a place of pilgrimage for architectural groupies.
