  • I definately will not use this office again. The rceptionist was rude, said they were networked with my miliary insurance so the cost should have been free. Then I get a bill in the mail and call to ask why I was billed when I was told they were networked with the insurance,. The front desk lady who is also the office manager told me " yes, I told you we were networked but I didn't tell you we were contracted with your dental insurance." Very deciptful and disrespectful service to military family members with Tricare insurance. Will never reccommend this office. I aked to speak to her supervisr and was cut off from going any higher. What a poor representation of a local procvider who claims to serve military customers--- they do.... just by deceipt. Would appreciate any call back from owner,or someone who knows the owner. 623 262 8474 File a complain with Tricare Dental Insurance,the AZ Dental Commission and now on to the Better Business Bureau. DO NOT TRUST THIS OFFICE TO HANDLE YOUR DENTALCARE WHEN THEY CANNOT BE HONEST WITH CUSTOMERS.
