  • Update: Recently had some issues here. Not sure if it was a communication problem between us and them, or employees did not have complete knowledge of the work done to my sporty. Not sure if we will be back to this location. Management seemed to want to fix the problem, but we weren't informed of what was going on as they kept the bike two weeks. Previous review: Took my Sportster to Chester's last week to have it pass emissions. They got it in running order FAST, however they didn't set the idle right. When I called, Andrew told me to bring it back in and they would take care of it. I am happy with the customer service we have received at service, parts, and motorclothes. We also participated in the run last Saturday. The run has gotten much larger over the years, glad to see they still serve breakfast. They had all their employees working hard, and the run was a BLAST!
