F.A.M.E. stands for Food, Art, Music, and Entertainment. However, am I missing something here? All I saw was the food. It was somewhat awkward as I was intrigued by the vendor looking booths in the background, but you can't actually order directly from there. It is essentially a sit down restaurant where you can gaze at the food choices. Looking at the menu, the prices are astronomical. In addition, when I received my tonkotsu noodle soup, it came in a tiny plastic bowl. It dawned on me at that point that I am being totally ripped off. Although the noodle soup was decent, the small plastic bowl really turned me off. With the amount of money that I was spending, they can afford real bowls and utensils. Someone missed "the boat" in developing this concept.
