  • This is the worst place I have ever lived. I can't even count the amount of times I had to call in a maintenance request, and in most situations, I had to call more than once for the same issue due to lack of response. Nothing was urgent to them. I once had multiple bees coming into my back window each day due to a hive outside (upstairs, so I could not get to it myself from outside) and it took about 2 weeks, with multiple contacts to the office, for them to come over and do anything. Appliances are very old and they will patch up whatever they can to keep them; if something breaks they replace it with another old appliance. Water was frequently turned off without notice in my building for "emergency" repairs (I'm guessing with pipes or the old water heaters) and I was not able to shower at my own apartment before work. I also had a leak in my ceiling which took about two years to fix and they left the ceiling looking unfinished after that. I have lived in multiple apartments and in all but Crestwood, I had very few maintenance issues if any, which were quickly addressed.
