  • Hmmmmmm. Where do I even begin. On Sunday June 10th we requested a shuttle from our hotel to the airport. Our hotel (The California Hotel and Casino) said the shuttle will pick us up at 11:05, we will make the reservations, okay thank you... So we went outside at about 10:50pm we were early, there also was another gentleman waiting for the shuttle. So here it gets bad the shuttle showed up at 11:10 so we walked to the shuttle the driver put my bags on the shuttle and then he said I only have reservations for 1 why are three of you walking towards me. I said whos the reservation for he said the name and I said that isnt us. Well the gentleman waiting his name was called. HE WAS THE ONLY ONE WHO WOULD BE ON THE SHUTTLE. So the driver said I cant take you. I dont have your reservation. So we walked back to our hotel and the bellman was so awesome I guess he saw what was going on. So we told him what had happened and he said I saw your name on the shuttle list. So he was so kind to call the shuttle company and then explained to them what was going on, so I guess the shuttle company called the driver and told him to come and get us. When he showed back to pick us really sarcastic towards us and he started blaming other people for what had happened he started grumbling about the woman i guess in charge. He then said you paying cash i need it now so i said 22 bucks for 2 of us well he took the money and the bellman said it aint 22 its 20 out of this hotel he was going to over charge us. He was so upset to give me back 2 bucks. On the way to the airport there was only 3 of us on the shuttle now why couldnt he have taken us from the beginning IDK but that was uncool of him. He was on his cellphone half the time grumbling about us and the woman I guess in charge of reservations. He made 3 phone calls while we were on the shuttle.... When we got the airport the kind of people we are we still tipped him well after him being an ass. We are not like that. I dont know why he woudnt have taken us in the first place when he only had one passenger that will always be my question.... I dont want to have him as a driver again.... But kinda hesitant to ride with this company again...
