  • The service was good. We selected a dining room table and chairs. The district manager was in the store and knocked off a couple hundred dollars off the sale price. We were told that we got a really good deal. We paid cash and the furniture will be delivered in a week. Later at home, I checked the price on their website site and discovered that the same table and chairs were listed at a lower price. We are disappointed because we feel misled. My cellphone was dead while I was in the store or I would have checked the price online before agreeing to the final terms. Lesson: Always check the online price before agreeing to the deal.
