  • Over the past 35 days I have had the opportunity to contact Rainforest Plumbing & Air for two separate plumbing issues. One was a bad element in a water heater and another a line block. These issues were untimely and occurred over the weekend; both Saturday's. Both technicians arrived one time and called prior to arrival. All team members that I had the pleasure of dealing with were professional, clean, organized, helpful, very accommodating, respectful, pleasant and knowledgeable. I was provided a fair price in writing prior to any work being completed. No changes occurred after the work was done. When each issue was fixed, these professional technicians cleaned up and left my home in the same exact way that they found it with each issue resolved. Technician #38 & Jesus were both very, very pleasant to work with and are highly recommended. I am a single mom, with a small budget to fix issues around the house. I was provided with a fair and reasonable price especially for weekend service calls. Rainforest Plumbing & Air has been the BEST company! Thank you, Rainforest Plumbing & Air, you have earned a lifelong customer.
