  • Awkward communication through email. Overly pricey for people who don't even cut or color. I tried to book for my event date and trial, I never felt like we were on the same page when emailing back and forth. Trying to get on the right track I was in the middle of setting up my appointments when Rob suddenly tells me they put a different bride for that same day. Without even trying to get me a different stylist he just cancels the whole thing. Highly unprofessional, wish i read some of the hidden reviews before dealing with all this a week before my wedding.
