  • Big thanks to Adrian at Bell Honda. I went in for a test drive early in the week and told him I wasn't ready to buy anything and was in the early stages of shopping. He was super kind and easy going and didn't push me into anything at all. I test drove a CRV and loved it. Decided to go back that weekend to purchase, I went through Costco and Adrian was an assigned rep, so he was able to assist me with the sale. Again, super patient with me through my indecisiveness of color and model, and made the whole experience super easy. The only negative was the finance department. Although the gentleman helping me was very nice and personable, I felt very pressured to buy extras. At that point I was exhausted, as I had been in the dealership for over 4 hours, so I ended up agreeing to things I probably wouldn't have, had I had more energy. It's my fault, he was just doing his job, but there's definitely a wear-down tactic at work! This negative does not detract from the super positive experience I had with Adrian. I would definitely recommend others to work with him and buy their cars through him. Thanks, Adrian!!
