  • I have never had such bad service in my life! My fiancĂ©e and I both took our jeeps here until we got tired of paying for rude service writers and poor work. The last time he brought his jeep in they lost it....literally had another persons name and number assigned to his vehicle and couldn't find it! I took mine in today to have a part replaced that they had ordered. It took over a week to set up an appointment and now that it's in the shop I got a phone call 3 hours after I dropped it off that they ordered the wrong part and that the right part wouldn't be in for another day or two. The first oil change I ever took my jeep in for was here and they forgot to reattach the skid plate, and replace my battery cover! Three strikes...you're out Prestige Chrysler Jeep!
