  • We've lived here for a little over 2 years now. We have never been late on rent or had lease violations. So this is a pretty objective review. Pros: - Management leaves you alone. - Maintenance responds quickly. - Amazon hub for receiving packages outside of office hours. - Friendly staff for the most part. - Awesome location in a good part of town. - Remodeled apartments are great. (We moved from an older one to remodeled.) - Fitness Center, pool, and barbecue are great. - Friendly, respectful, quiet neighborhood. Cons: - Constantly increasing rent which is a common issue. - Some of the staff members are new and unable to answer basic questions. - Each apartment is different when it comes to some features... So there are just a couple of inconveniences. examples: 1) Our last apartment had no lights in the bedroom. Now our new apartment is missing lights in the bedroom and the living room so we had to go out and buy more lamps. 2) Our new apartment has oversized sliding doors on the closet so you can't access much of the closet due to overlapping doors. I recommend going into the office and asking a lot of questions before applying. See if they can show you the apartment that you are interested in or at least one with the same floor plan. If you ask and do your part then they are helpful. Overall, we like it here. Hence why even when we moved, we stayed in the complex.
