  • This is the 2nd (and hopefully last) *UPDATE* with regards to my car-buying saga the past 2 weeks. Having been told the vehicle has been touched up of all blemishes and the corvex mirror has been replaced, our Product Advisor (PA) Edward Wei asked us to come pick up the re-beautified product. Victor Mohammadi (Used Vehicle Sales Manager) came to greet us and both him and Edward showed us the vehicle parked outside. The functions of the car were demonstrated for us, and everything looked fine. Once inside, we settled all finances with a friendly Brian Yu. I am sure it is no coincidence that none of the staff (especially Kumar Sharma) we had issues with during yesterday's visit were present in our line of vision. Having stayed late just to see us, the General Sales Manager John Yu introduced himself and apologized for our negative experiences the past two visits. He said there are ongoing challenges with having a large number of staff and a high turnover - all of which I understand. John was accommodating, genuine, and sociable. He assured us we may always come back with any questions/concerns related to this vehicle. Victor had assured us of the same earlier on that evening. In my last review, I mentioned a meeting that was to take place this morning with Doug McDougall (General Manager of Sisley Honda). I was informed over the phone by Victor that this wouldn't be possible, and that my case would be taken care of by John. According to John, this is due to a chain of command. While John did take care of our concerns, I am still a bit surprised. This is because it's Doug who replies to all these Google reviews. I also saw him walking around the sales floor tonight but he did not come over. All in all, thank you Victor, John, and Edward. You three consciously made efforts to improve our experience with Sisley Honda tonight. This is the type of proactive amelioration that is needed when customers express discontent. I think it is fair I keep my previous negative reviews, but I also think it's fair I provide potential Sisley customers with this updated review.
