Checked this place out twice now on two separate occasions. First visit was for an afternoon tea in June 2016. I know, who the heck does afternoon tea in Vegas? Well, when you check out of your hotel at 11am and your flight isn't until 11pm, tea at the Mandarin is a perfect place to rest your feet in the mid afternoon with a wonderful view and excellent tea service. Traditional tea is served but tea cocktails are also available at an extra charge. The service was phenomenal. Also, recently stopped by for before dinner drinks. The cucumber mixed drink was amazing. I recommend calling a few days in advance to reserve a lounge table with a view of the strip. We stood at the bar which was fine but would have loved to sit at one of the tables.
