I couldn't give this dealership a 0 so I gave them a 1. This place is terrible. I am I the process of working out a deal with a dealer in Greenville, SC who has the vehicle I am interested in listed for $6,000 less than this place.
I went in in 2010 and bought a fully loaded Nissan Altima. I got screwed on the price and paid $30,000 for it. $33,500 with the stupid service plan and extended warranty I shouldn't have gotten. I do my research now. When I got the service plan the guy Kevin that sold me my car (my friend also bought one the same day. Yup two sales and still didn't take care of customer) told me I could make appointments for services. It's a first come first serve basis that takes two hours every time I wait. I have been paying for oil changes because it's too long. The extended warranty I was told cannot be refunded unless I get a different vehicle.
I went in the other day to try to trade it in for an Xterra. They wouldn't lower the price below MSRP and wouldn't give me enough for the trade in. The sales guy became very pushy andi had to ask for my keys three times. Rebates are to go back to the customer from the manufacturer and not to be taken of the price of the car. I have went online and done my home work and have been working with several other dealers around the Carolina's trying to get the best deal. These people here are rude and know NOTHING about customer service. They supposively paid off my trade in from the 2010 Altima but, when I looks at the paperwork, they used $500 of my rebate and tacked more on my loan. They never told me they were foun this. I am telling everyone to go somewhere else there are plenty of other dealers. The fact that this place is under new management for like the third time in three years should tell people something.
