  • I called to get an estimate from another company on PORA's contractor list, but they wanted more than $3,000 to speckle-coat the floor of a standard, two-car garage. I then called Desert Rose and the owner was here in one day, and quoted me a figure of $1300. The crew arrived right on time on a Wednesday morning, completed their prep work and initial coat in just 2 hours, and then came back the next morning, also right on time, to put on the final coat, flecks, and sealer. They are scheduled to come back again on Friday to put a storage unit and a chest freezer back in place, and in just a couple of more days I can begin parking inside again. They were prompt, efficient, and reasonably priced--and my garage floor looks GREAT!
