  • The actual gym is fine, but the management is horrible. They are often rude, and could care less about customer service. When I left this gym, I told them to cancel my membership. As I stood at the desk, they told me the membership had been now canceled, and that I was all set. However, 4 months later, I received the annual gym charge on my credit card. I called the gym...they would not remove it. And to top it off, this person, knew me by face, and knew that I had moved at that time. Absolutely Ridiculous! If you can get away with never having to deal with the management, then this gym should be fine for you...but beware!
