  • I bought a LivingSocial deal for this company that was $49 for 3 hallways and 4 rooms. The house I lived in was 3 bedrooms and no hallways so I figured that the deal might work or that I'd have to pay just a little bit more, which I was totally okay with. First off, let's talk about how they no-showed me not once, but TWICE. They were supposed to come at 2pm on Friday to clean my carpets. 2:30 rolls around and no one is there, I call to see what's going on. The guy is like "No, we have you scheduled for 2 pm on Saturday". FALSE but I wasn't in the mood to fight. So I told them they'd have to come later since the cleaning company was coming at 2 on Saturday. He says okay, they'll come around 4 or 5. Come Saturday, yet again. No one shows. I call and he says he'll call me right back. No call. I didn't get a call until 7:45 on Sunday morning. 7:45 on Sunday?!?! Are you kidding me. He wakes me up to say they can get the carpets done at 12. Fine. Just get it done. I want this nightmare over with since I'm not even living at that house anymore. The techs were nice and that's the only reason they're getting 2 stars. I ended up having to pay an additional $60 since my living room counted for 2 rooms making a total of 6 rooms for the house. Whatever, just get this shit over with. I paid $49 for 4 rooms up to 220 square feet. The entire house is 1600 sq ft - I paid for 1320 sq ft. plus 3 hallways. So I'm not sure why I ended up paying an additional $60. Probably just another bait and switch where they lure you in with a great deal and then upcharge you up the butt to compensate for the deep discount. Rude. I'm glad my new place doesn't have any carpet in it so I won't have to deal with these people again.
