I purchased the 30 days for $30 on December 13 knowing that I would have the ability to go over the holiday while my husband was off work. I was notified a few days before Christmas that the studio that I could attend (Park Towne) would be closing for approximately 10 days. Not only was I surprised and extremely disappointed... I emailed two separate times to ask for an extension because it was completely unrelated to anything on my end and I was never informed of this closure when I decided to purchase the package. I never heard back in response to either of my emails... Then today I received an email saying that my package was going to expire only a few days after they've reopened. I am a business owner myself and I find this completely unprofessional and horrible customer service. I am from San Diego where there is a yoga studio almost on every corner and I have been looking for a place to call my yoga home since I moved to Charlotte. I am disappointed to say this place will not be my yoga home as I really enjoyed the classes.
