  • I love their selection and how they deliver and plant for you, all included in the (high) price. That being said, this place is so disorganized. They schedule you for planting, but then they get the wrong day and when you call to find out when are they coming, they not only don't have you on the schedule, they make you wait a couple more weeks because they are booked! More disorganization: the salesman gave me flags marked with which trees we bought, one for each. We were to place the flags where we wanted them planted. I did. They came, I was not home, they "couldn't read the writing". (I could.) They planted trees in the wrong spots because of this and had to come back and replant. And because I had called in a change (long before delivery) but it didn't get corrected by the salesman before the planters left for delivery, they brought a wrong tree...made a hole for it, though, and NICKED our pvc for the yard's drip system. Then when they came back with the right plant, the foreman vehemently denied his guys having done that. Um, none of us were digging in the yard, and their guy just threw the piece of pvc down right next to the hole. When I asked, ask the person who dug the hole last time? He said, oh, he's not here today. (How convenient.) We have had better shopping experience with the salespeople at this one compared to the other location on AZ Ave. 2 stars for good selection. The rest needs some work.
