This is the kind of place that you go to once to see what the hype is about but then you never return because it was just a waste of time and money.
They're trying way too hard to be special when in the end it's just simply not worth it. My family and I waited 45 minutes for completely sub par ice cream. Sure its rolled up and everyone thinks it's so amazing but by the time you get the ice cream, it's so thin that it just melts together. And because they're rolled up you're pretty much left with an empty cup wondering where all the ice cream you paid and waiting for is.
Who wants to wait 45 minutes for a cheap serving of sub par ice cream during the summer?
I can't imagine how anyone with a family would even come to this place when Bruster's is two minutes down the road, infinitely better tasting, is open longer, and you can actually enjoy your ice cream right after you order it.
Overall I don't think this place will last very long it's just not a very good concept for an ice cream store.
