  • Let me start by saying that this 5 Star Review goes out to Olga...Ben Bridge is lucky to have her! I don't know why it's taken me so long to write this review...but I literally can't say enough about how well my new husband I were treated at Ben Bridge. Looking for possible wedding ring candidates, my soon-to-be-husband and I wandered in to Ben Bridge to see if they had anything we might be interested in. We are not your traditional type of people and had a lot of doubts walking in to a jewelry store in a mall. My initial thought was cheesy hideousness. I am happy to report that Ben Bridge is the opposite of what you might expect from a lame mall jewelry store. On our first visit, my husband found exactly what he was hoping for. His ring is perfect and so him...which we thought would be much more difficult to come across than it actually was. I was not able to find a ring for myself, but I am INCREDIBLY PICKY. So really, it's not Ben Bridge's fault. The store is pretty small and I wish they carried more vintage inspired pieces, but I cannot say enough about the excellent service we received here. Throughout our many visits Olga was our go-to person. She immediately understood what we were looking for and never pushed us to purchase anything. When I said I don't like flashy, over-the-top items she never once tried to convince me to change my mind. She answered all of our questions and was incredibly patient as we spent months making our final decision. She researched and looked up rings that might be more suitable for me and called me in a timely manner to give me all the info I needed. She went above and beyond for us and I can't thank her enough. My husband and I appreciate her easy-going demeanor so much that we still stop in regularly to say hi and chat with her. She is genuinely friendly and always interested in what we have to say. I can't say enough about how great she is. Ben Bridge hit the jackpot when they hired Olga! I will continue to stop into Ben Bridge whenever I'm at the mall. They are professional, classy, and their customer service is the BEST.
