  • My family and I had a very negative experience experience at this hotel. After speaking to the corporate office I received a full refund. Thank you for listening. . I'm planning another trip in the summer and planning to stay at only Best Western hotels. Overall the quality, value and friendliness of this chain was awesome. I gave this hotel 2 extra stars for the effort that was made to make things right.
