  • The office manager is not accountable and has almost COST ME MY JOB by misplacing my FMLA paperwork. Paperwork was hand delivered over 30days ago.... after denial of my FMLA due to paperwork not being returned ... I made repeated calls in attempt to reach the office mananger I was finally told the paperwork was lost! I did not get mad i just then resent the paperwork via fax and email with request of confirmation received. Again no call, so i reached out to confirm recieved and told by the office manager directly with no empathy or accountability, she has 7-10days to complete. I then request my paperwork be expedited due to the delay on there part and was told that is not an option as they have 7-10 days. Durring this time i have had to miss time from work for injections they have scheduled with additional apppintments coming up. Becasue my fmla was denied and paperwork still pends these days could not count against me.The office manager could careless. The doctors are great but if the staff they have controlling the ship cant keep track of simple fmla paperwork and refuses to have any concern with fixing a problem she created in a timely manner the ship is bound to sink sooner or later!!!!!!
