| - I just recently moved to the area and was looking for a new place to thread my eyebrows. Browmance appeared to be very chic and modern so I decided to give them a try. Upon arrival, I was offered a beverage which I denied since I was hoping to get in and get out. There were some warning signs with this place, the first being, every time I walked by the location or during my appointment it was completely empty with no signs of customers anywhere. When the lady who was assigned to do my eyebrows asked how I wanted them, I said (specifically) not thin, just a clean up. I sat there for nearly 10 minutes while she threaded, plucked and trimmed my eyebrows and man, was I ever disappointed. They were way too thin and totally uneven. I was then told afterwards by what looked like the owner, that she was a makeup artist and could fill them in for me. Now I am a makeup artist and I was curious to see how she would temporarily fix my no longer -existing eyebrows and once again, it was another horrible job. It resembled being filled in with a sharpie if anything. Now to top everything all off, while I was trying to keep my cool, I went to pay for this horrible experience and it was $18.00!!! I pay $6 to do my eyebrows at another place and they do an amazing job! The price wouldn't have been that bad if they did a decent job but it was several levels below decent. I hope my eyebrows grow back to how they looked before because needless to say, I will never go back or recommend this place to a single person. The place is pretty and means well but the quality of the work is in essentially what one pays for and in this specific case, the quality was not up to par.
