  • I was attempting to buy three office cubicles with delivery and install. I had called Monday and set up an appointment for Wednesday. I was told I would receive an email to confirm my appointment for Wednesday. No call, no email. I called again on Tuesday to confirm appointment for the next day and left a message, no return call. Wednesday is a no call no show. On Friday 05/05, I call again and explain what happened to Cher, who is allegedly the Senior Account Executive. I was told to send in pictures of the existing space and cubicles so that she can match it up with what we had and she would take care of it. I was told I would have a quote on Monday. Pictures sent and no quote, no response. On Thursday 05/11, Cher responded by asking me the dimensions of the cubicles. I am thinking great...she is on it and we can get this resolved. I responded to Cher on 05/11 and her last response was verbatim, "you will have a quote in the am". I have not heard from Cher since and today is 05/19. Looking at the reviews from other customers, I get the impression that unless you are buying large quantities of furniture, you will get no love. I ordered thru Jerry's Office Furniture and spoke to Duane Jackson. He responded 4 times within the first hour of my initial communication. We are scheduled to have the cubicles delivered and installed on Monday 05/22/17. If I went thru Az Office Liquidators & Designs, I would still be waiting for the quote to this day. I wonder if Cher will respond with that quote now? I wonder if Cher reads the Yelps...I wonder if she cares? If you read this review...Double check your prices and the service you get. Businesses need to understand, you never get a 2nd chance to make a 1st impression.
