| - I have never used Enterprise before until now and I will be sure to never use them again when needing a rental vehicle. I had the worst customer service experience not only at this location, as well as the Superstition Springs location. Both times they didn't have any vehicles available, so I had to sit and wait for another location to bring them a vehicle, which ended up being over an hour wait, even though I had called the week prior to make a reservation to make sure that they had a vehicle at the time I needed it. With this company there is no point of making a reservation because that doesn't count for anything with this company, just an empty promise/agreement and a false hope. After over an hour wait, they gave me a cheap tiny lowest model vehicle with manual roll up windows, manual door locks and manual mirrors, when I actually was paying for an intermediate. I had no idea cars were even made this low grade. The entire experience was a nightmare. I was told it would be about a 15 minute wait, then I was told it would be another few minutes because they didn't have any cars available so they had to get other stores to bring them cars. Then they said they had to wash the car, and that it would be another 20 minutes. It ended up being well over an hour wait. There were several customers in the store that were extremely upset. I had a made my reservation for first thing in the morning on a weekday, because I have a job where I need to be. I was over 2 hours late for work, by the time I was finally put into a cheap vehicle because they couldn't find my reservation in the system so they had to enter it all in again, then by the time we did the "walk around" the vehicle with the employee and his tablet- his tablet didn't save any of the information so I had to provide it again, after providing it again, the tablet froze. The employee then went back into the store and came out with a clipboard and paper to start over and re-enter all the information again. How does Enterprise think they can operate a business in this manner. There are many professional people that are displaced and need a vehicle to get to work and it is a shame that Enterprise does not take anyone's time or jobs into consideration.
Sincerely, Upset customer.
