  • My wife went to Gerber collision in Huntersville. The estimator would not even look at the car and take photos. He told her that he worked on commission and was not worth his time. We were referred this shop as a Allstate preferred shop. Really !. We were already given a check and an estimate by Allstate and Allstate told us that the body shops would work with the estimate they provided. Don't think I would send any of my friends or anyone else.
