  • We purchased our 2008 Dodge Ram this past weekend. We worked with Jim and let me start by saying he was WONDERFUL! Otherwise, we were not impressed. The finance department was bad. They added on everything in the book. I had to stop and ask SEVERAL times for them to explain things. They required no proof of income or anything to fund the loan. After reading these reviews I am getting nervous. Plus when we got to the dealership we asked for Jim (came highly recommeneded by our financial advisor) and they would NOT let us see him. They kept insisting we work with one of the other gentelman. If it hadn't been for Jim coming to look for us then I would not have bought our truck here. Dealership is 1-2 starts Jim was 4-5.
