  • Service: 4 Decor: 4 Selection: 4 They may not have a wide selection of brands but it's definitely more spacious than its sister company, Ivan Optical. I come here quite often so they recognize me whenever I walk in. Margaret and Mason are both very friendly and they are willing to sit down to pick the right glasses for you. Even if they don't have it in store, they'll walk over to Ivan to grab it for you. They'll also order online if there is a specific model that is not available in store. Mistakes do happen but they are willing to fix it sooner than later. I never get attitude from them. This is by far the best Optical Store in York Region. I always recommend them to family, friends and coworkers. They were never disappointed. It's definitely better than those at Pacific Mall.
