  • Horrible! I had been using them for few years and had done well. This time though was not good. Had to come out 3 times to fix the issue and the last time they charged me $30 just to rinse the filters even after they told me they had to be replaced and I said to leave it and we would replace. $30 after I said don't and just to stand there and run water over the filters. Ridiculous! No wonder they have such poor ratings and the quality of their products is going down!
