  • Poor Alamo. This place used to be absolutely amazing and has plummeted to terrible. I had been coming for 6 years and absolutely loved the work they did. I hadn't been here in awhile and didn't recognize a single person. By the looks of things and the quality of service it looked like they fired everyone and decided to only have 4 totally inefficient people working. Actually, 1 was working the rest were just standing around. As I proceed to the waiting area there's a heavily tattooed young lady (possibly a hooker) that's barefoot in booty shorts and a barely there tank top lounging on the couch like she lived there! Apparently she was with one of the guys or had been with him last night and was dragged in this morning. Goodness only knows! Service was beyond slow. I got there 5 minutes after they opened with only ONE car in front of me. It took 30 minutes just for my car to go through the wash with another 45 minutes of waiting on the rear. Mind you, there were no other cars in front of me and I got a basic interior/exterior job! Better yet, 4 cars that got there after I did finished before me. That's just unacceptable. I use to be a loyal customer but sadly Alamo, you'll never be getting my business again.
