This pizza is delicious and unique. I have never had a corn bread crust for a deep dish, a must try. But *disclaimer* it does take 45 minutes to cook and the pizza is take out only. Soooo.....if you're in the mood for a slightly less high maintenance pizza, the thin crust is also great. Ask for the crust a little less crispy if you have kiddo's, as this is a big hit with my own children. BUT, my absolute favorite under the pizza Chicago roof is their garlic crisps, which ironically aren't crispy at all but more like pizza dough with delicious garlic and Parmesan cheese topping.
