  • Call because my insurance sent me there asked if they had a van he said no asked if any of the other locations did he said you would have to call them yourself so I decided to just get a truck and asked what their location was he told me the address and I said what is that by and he said it's 151 Gibson Rd. it's not buy anything don't you have a map on your phone? I told him his customer service was horrible and he said I don't know what to tell you were not buy anything I gave you the address so then I show up the next day to find the right across the street from the auto mall and a half mile north of the 215 freeway but they don't have a truck they only have a SUV I get in it there's Coca-Cola on the dashboard and windshield dried I open up the trunk and the spare tire and the Jack is laying in the back of it !! they did not clean the car obviously this is the worst run rental place I have ever been to in my life it's amazing these guys have jobs they act like they're doing you a favor more interested in the basketball game playing on the big screen in the lobby than helping customers. If it wasn't for a free rental from my insurance company I never would've rented from these guys
