  • My husband and I came home to 90-95 degree in our house because our AC stopped working. Dave, the AC technician, came out and did some awesome detective work. He could not find anything wrong with the AC unit itself. He determined that our AC had a feature called "Adaptive Intelligent Recovery", that basically was turning the AC off at a certain time (Note: it does not tell you in the manual how to turn this off!). He reset the program so that won't happen anymore. We are so grateful that nothing was wrong with our AC unit (expensive!!!). Dave has skills! Thanks!
