  • The store itself, and the regular employees, are pretty good and leave me with no complaints. The choice to only have one clerk running the cusomer service desk however, that's a serious chronic draw back. Over four years of this crap. If you need to use the cs desk, expect a wait. Oh, and if you have a bike, make sure not to take too long inside, I've had two bikes stolen from their rack and they did nothing about it.
