I rarely dislike a Japanese Steakhouse, but I definately did not care for this one. There were a couple red flags right away that made me think I had chosen poorly on dinner options for the night. First was that it was a small place located in a strip mall with poor outside curb appeal. Second and more importantly, I came there on a Friday night at 630 for hibachi and there were about 4 other people in the whole place.
The server did not speak English very well, but she was polite enough. Drinks were ok. The best part about the place is their sushi. They did a nice job with that. The hibachi chef must have been brand new because he was the most boring and bland chef I have ever had. The place looked dirty and not well kept and the food was so-so at best other than the sushi. I would not recommend this place.
