  • I called them early on a Friday morning for a plumbing issue and they had a technician at the house within a couple of hour. He was very professional and fixed the pipe/plumbing issue. He noticed there was an issue with the water heater on his way through the garage. When he offered to repair it, I agreed. Unfortunately the issue with the water heater was more severe. I asked for the price to replace the water heater and it was $1500. Not knowing anything about water heaters I trusted this was a reasonable price. Well afterwards when I had the time to research the cost of water heaters, I found out they really only cost about $350. I am quite upset because I felt I was taken advantage of and over charged for the water heater; unfortunately it is too late and now I have to just chalk it up to experience.
