rev:text	Good: ONLY reason you get 2 stars is cause the lady that helped me was nice...to a point. Took both my dogs to get groomed cause it was super close to my house & it had good reviews. Wrong. Went in & it was a nice friendly introduction with a smile. Groomer was awesome at accepting one of my dogs cause her rabies expired. The Bad: The job was terrible. I asked for the basic Puppy Cut with a round head & rounded paws on my Bichon/Poodle. Didn't get that cause of a knot on her ear, which is their job to take car of. Telling your customer "if you wanna go home & brush her knot & come back you can do that" when you're the "professional". My Poochon was not matted except for that one spot behind her ear & she got completely shaved. My baby was not matted at all on her body & had ZERO reasons to be that short when I SPECIFICALLY asked her not to be. I would've been more pleased if they would've told me straight up to come back tomorrow morning cause she wouldn't be ready by closing time. My second one, who once again was not matted, added fuel to the fire. I never even got the chance to fully give a description & show them pictures of what I wanted. Instead I get the same shaved shitty job. Didn't use scissors to even the body just shaved it all off. Nails long as hell. Head not groomed right. Just all wrong. When I called previously and asked who the poodle groomer was, cause every salon has one, I get a "we all do Poodles I can't really say who's the best." I should've walked away. Everything in me was saying cuss them out & walk away but no I gave a chance, so shame on me. Never again. Let people know about this.
