| - RUN in another direction. This dealership is the worst. I was there in 2008 to buy a Patriot, and the salesman would only speak to/look at my boyfriend; not me. I was the one purchasing a car!
Flash-forward to 2015. I knew better, but still stopped in to see what they had on the lot. Which - I will admit, is a lot. I ended up purchasing a Wrangler (the deal was too good to pass up). And now I am, again, HATING this dealership. I took it in to have the breaks looked at. They didn't even test drive it. They told me 'nothing was wrong'. (My buddy, who is a mechanic as assured me there is something that needs fixed.). They sent me a survey about my experience, and I replied, they said if there was anything they could do to let them know, and I never heard back.
Side note - BEWARE of the car wash! While I was there, they washed my car, it bent my license plate all up. There was a guy in the waiting room there for the body-shop, because their car wash tore the back bumper off his new car the day before!
Back to the dealer - After I never heard back from the survey, I emailed a few employees, and have yet to hear anything. NOTHING. I have left voicemail. NOTHING.
Check out this review listing. All the positive comments have gotten some sort of response. They just ignore you if you aren't happy. Classy.
its worth the drive to Deacon's in Mayfield to have your car (and yourself) properly treated.
