  • Ok, here is my problem and why they don't get more stars. To start off, I really like the haircuts that the barber's give at this place. The issue is that they only take you by appointment for most of the week, which isn't the problem. The problem lies in their wired "hipster" business model that they have. Just one example: I have had plenty of appointments at this barber shop. So, Usually while waiting, a customer will walk in looking to see if he can get squeezed in. Its always been no, not because they can't handle it but because they didn't make an appointment and it always comes of as pretentious. Ive seen barbers just stand there or go sit on the back couch for 20-30 min taking selfies, sucking on their E-cigs, aka "robot cocks" like its going out of style and expelling the most unmanly plum candy cane vapor possible. This whole post is one big rant!!!! My point is that I've been part of the customer base that has walked in when they are not busy and have been turned away because of not having an appointment. I have seen what they do first hand after that customer leaves. You would think that the point of going to work would be to make money, not sit on the couch and sucking your day away. I guess work ethic and values are different for everyone and i guess it just kinda erks me because I was taught to hustle hard, play hard and never to settle. Make an appointment and get one of the better hair cuts in the neighborhood at this barber shop.
