  • THE BEST! Why? Pro flowers messed up my order to be delivered today. I spent about 30 minutes calling various local flower places in Las Vegas to deliver an emergency arrangement today as my Pro flower order was not going to come through until tomorrow. Today is my MIL (Mother in law) birthday so, I needed the flowers to get there today and not tomorrow! All other local flowers places that had same day delivery services told me it was too late or I missed the cutoff time (noon or 1pm) for same day delivery. But Jordan at Flower Petal Boutique was my saving grace today! Even though it was passed the cut off time, he was still willing to assist me and get an arrangement delivered for me today! I will never use Pro Flowers or any online service again due to this experience. I will also use Flower Petal Boutique to deliver my MIL's gifts year round. THANK YOU JORDAN!!! You have made me an extremely satisfied customer. The other flower shops didnt even try to assist like you did. Great customer service!
