  • Definitely deserve more than 5 stars, but thats the highest you can give on Yelp! If you are looking for the absolute best tasting BBQ and the best service in Las Vegas, look no further than Rollin Smoke Barbecue. We had a team event, so I contacted Karina, catering manager. Many of our employees eat their regularly and love the food. I was more than pleasantly surprised. We had brisket, burnt ends and hot links and it was FABULOUS! We had several orders through the day, and orders were ready, on time, fresh and hot. Portions so large we even were able to enjoy leftovers the next day! The meat was so tender, and Karina even provided large bottles of their sauces so everyone could add flavor as they chose. We will definitely be using their catering again and visiting for lunch! Thanks Karina and team at Rollin Smoke!
