  • Updated Review (see original review below): Not to take anything away from the two employees we worked with as stated in the original review, we are very upset with this place. Having tier 1 credit we knew we could get a good rate by just going through the dealership. We were pre approved for a certain rate the day we bought the truck that we were sort of ok with but signed because it was where we wanted to be. Something that has never happened to me before in buying a vehicle they called 5 days later saying the bank didn't approve of us for the rate, and they gave me a higher rate! I believe the $$$ guys up front lied to me...like they just guessed at what rate I could get, and then made a "deal" knowing if I had the truck I would not want to return it when the rate was changed later! In return I basically told them to tell their bank to F off and give me as much time to find a better loan. We ended up with a way better loan! Now looking through the Yelp reviews and other reviews online, it seems like this crap happens a lot. You may find a good $ on a vehicle but I suggest you use your own bank. Also, if you buy a lifted truck from here be sure they calibrate the speedometer unlike they did with us. That is something they should do so you don't end up finding out the hard way by the highway patrol (that was a whole other hassle they ended up fixing). Also they ended up forgetting about the green slip so we can register. We had to call them after we believed that they did forget and that was a couple days before our temp plate was about to expire. Very frustrating experience. Basically two stars is for the truck and our sales associate. Without them this would be a one or zero star review. Original Review: We just purchased a 2016 Ram 2500 Chopper Edition and we had a decent experience. We believe we got a great deal while the customer service was above average. Our sale associate was Vanessa Berry. For being fairly new to the dealership she was patient and helpful. Shoutout to Jeff Winston in finance for being a cool guy and making the remaining portion of the buying experience good.
