I am currently working with a lady at this furniture store who has been trying to help me replace my dining room table. I *hopefully* will get a new replacement with no cracks. She has been pretty nice and responsive to my e-mails, so I definitely will be bumping this place up one star.

Do not go!
Ordered sectional couch December 7, 2011. Received - March 9, 2012.
I am the most patient and forgiving person there is when it comes to customer service... but this place broke me. I've never been so frustrated at a business in my life.
I ordered a sectional on December 7th (last year, 2011) and was promised that it would arrive before Christmas. Christmas passes... New Years passes... January passes. No couch.
I've probably called this store and spoke to the owner at least 30 times. They were seriously on my favorites lists on my phone since I call them more than I call my parents! Each time I got the run around on where my couch was.
I filed a report with the BBB and they responded that it wasn't their fault. I understand that they outsource for some of the items (which in this case, they had to get the couch from a third party)... but, their customer service was horrendous and many lies were told.
I also ordered a dining room table from them at the same time. I actually got the table in a timely manner, but had it replaced it twice due to so many defects in the wood. On my third table, there was a huge gash on the side. I called them to see what they could do, but they never contacted me back. At this point, I've decided to not bother for a replacement and fix it myself. Its no longer worth the headache and I'm left with an imperfect table that I paid so much for.
We on Yelp are fair reviewers. I would totally give this place the credit it deserves if they just treated me well. I know I'm the only review here so far, so I encourage you to google more reviews. Also, check with the BBB where they have a grade of F. I wish I did my due diligence before making such big purchases.
